    Position Summary

    As the VDC Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support the estimating and project management teams for the successful planning, estimating and execution of tenders or projects. The VDC Coordinator must understand the practice of architecture, engineering, and construction to support those professionals with the ability to standardize, support and present technology solutions, in a field where technology is changing rapidly, increasing skills is a must.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • A Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology or a combination of education and construction industry experience
    • At least 2 years of BIM experience in the AEC industry
    • Valid driving license and access to a car
    • Experience working on Construction sites
    • A proven track record of BIM project coordination and team collaboration
    • Ability to conduct 3D laser scans and accurately model As Built Conditions
    • Ability to assist and perform clash detections and develop solutions with a project team
    • Comfortable in the use of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, with a knowledge of MS Project and any relevant BIM related software
    • work with trades and create ASI - CMR - RFI"
